Click “redeem tickets” on your company’s corporate member page and complete the form to receive your redemption code via email. Follow the email instructions to place your order. Completed ticket orders will be sent by email for no-contact entry scanning on mobile phones.

Yes, additional admission or special exhibit tickets may be purchased with your order. Your cart will automatically reflect the discount you received as part of your corporate member benefit.

Your one-time use redemption code is good for 90 days. If you wish to purchase tickets for a date after that you can email corporatemembership@msichicago.org or call the corporate member hotline at (773) 947-3155.

To reserve tickets by phone, call the Corporate Member Hotline at (773) 947-3155  and your tickets will be emailed to you. A corporate email address is required for phone orders. Additional admission or special exhibit tickets may be purchased when you place your order.

Contact corporatemembership@msichicago.org and we can help you arrange tickets if you do not have a company email. Be prepared to share some other valid form of employee id, including a scan of a badge or payroll stub.
