From Science Fiction to Science Fact 2022
Meet NASA Innovative Advanced Concepts scientists with visionary ideas powering new missions to the most extreme environments in and out of our solar system!
Our 10th annual Griffin MSI Inventive Genius lecture features Dr. Ameila Greig and Dr. Ethan Schaler presenting their respective concepts: a solar-powered robot that would use artificial lighting bolts to mine on the moon, and a swarm of tiny swimming robots that could search distant ocean planets for signs of life. Katherine Reilly, NIAC Strategic Partnerships Manager, introduces the scientists and the NIAC program.
