Memberships purchased online take three business days to become active. To redeem your member tickets sooner, please join or renew by phone at (773) 684-1414 or visit the Membership Desk in the Museum's Entry Hall.
Memberships are non-refundable, and cannot be transferred or canceled before expiration.
- 1 All Family levels include admission for two (2) adults and all your children under 18, living in the same household, plus one guest.
- 2 Omnimax® tickets are limited to the admit number on your membership card per film, per day.
- 3 Discounted member tickets for the U-505 on-board tour are limited to the admit number on your membership card.
- 4 Member Express Entry tickets to The Coal Mine and All Aboard the Silver Streak available daily while supplies last.
