Memberships purchased online take three business days to become active. To redeem member tickets within three business days, please join by phone at (773) 684-1414 or visit the Membership Desk in the Museum's Entry Hall.
Smart Home: Green + Wired
Museum of Science and Industry members who want member tickets for Smart Home: Green + Wired can call the Customer Contact Center at (773) 684-1414. Your membership must be active when you request member tickets and still be active on the date you choose to attend in order for us to process the transaction. Same-day reservations are only available on-site, but are subject to availability.
Members receive:
Bachelor: 2 vouchers | Master: 4 vouchers | Doctorate: 6 vouchers
Member prices on additional tickets: $8 for adults, $4 for seniors and children
To Renew or Upgrade Your Membership
You may renew or upgrade your membership by calling the Customer Contact Center at (773) 684-1414 or visiting our membership page. Please allow up to three business days for processing. You will not be able to make ticket reservations until the transaction has been processed. If you provide us with your e-mail address, we can notify you when your renewal or upgrade has been activated.
